Gov. David F. Cargo named Dr. Louis Levin of Albuquerque and James I. Davidson of Gallup to replace 15 on three state hospital boards. Consolidation merges the State Hospital Board Los Lunas Training Center Board and Special Hospitals Board. Davidson already served on Los Lunas. Levin sits on Special Hospitals.

Warden Chosen For New Mexico State Penitentiary
J E Baker associate warden of Terminal Island Federal Prison Los Angeles will become warden of the New Mexico State Penitentiary by August. He was selected from about 20 applicants by the Prison Board chair Paul W Robinson. Baker has 27 years in prison work and succeeds the late Harold Cox who died last October. Acting warden Felix Rodriguez will return to assistant warden. Baker will start after concluding duties in Los Angeles. He is the latest in a line of wardens drawn from federal prison work.
