State Parks restrict ATVs and motorcycles in New Mexico parks

Lovington Woman Held After Stabbing Death of Husband
Wanda Harris 41 is jailed in Lea County awaiting charges after her husband Chester Hartis 42 was found stabbed to death at Cherokee Trailer Park around 3:45 AM. Hartis died of a throat wound. Harris was incoherent during questioning and held without bond. Funeral services for Hartis are pending.
