Richard Miles Brewer 26 of Hobbs was arrested July 12 1966 and released on 500 bond. He pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and received six months in county jail 250 fine 50 costs with two months jail time. Billy Jack McBeth 27 of Hobbs was arrested June 4 1966 and released on 500 bond. He pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and received six months in county jail 250 fine 50 costs with sentence suspended on paying fine and costs. Steve Flores 13 of Hobbs was found guilty of attempted theft and sentenced to 10 days in county jail and will remain on probation. Jeffery Hammond 11 of Eunice pled guilty to theft of chickens and was sent to Spring.
