Lovington Man Fined for Reckless Driving and Leaving Scene
A 22 year old Lovington man Antonio Rena Robles was fined 75 dollars after pleading guilty to reckless driving driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident. Robles was arrested Saturday night after a collision on East Street at 9 29 p m. He drove west on Washing Avenue then turned east onto East Street at high speed striking a Plymouth driven by Natividad Rojas. Damages were estimated at 250 dollars to the Plymouth and 150 dollars to Robles Ford. He remained in Lea County jail Monday for inability to pay the fine.
