Jacques Dailey longtime Lovington resident and Alston Insurance Agency manager was found dead behind his home at 1203 West Avenue. The 12 gauge shotgun lay nearby and coroner Dr. W H Pruitt planned to confirm if the wound was self inflicted. Funeral services were pending with Smith Rogers Funeral Home.
