Man Arrested on Fugitive Warrant for Child Desertion
Ralph Edward Tibbits, 32, of 227 South Main Street, was taken into custody at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday on a fugitive from justice warrant for child desertion from Topeka Kansas authorities. He was arraigned before Judge Reese Greaves and is in the Lea County jail on a $1000 bond awaiting Kansas authorities.

State Business Hits Record High in New Mexico

President Would Chop Deductions Drastically
