Local Man's Father Dies In Carlsbad
J. T. Goad of Carlsbad father of Lovington businessman John Goad died early today at a Carlsbad hospital after a year long illness. He had been ill since December 26. Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at West Funeral Chapel in Carlsbad. Survivors include his wife Helen three sons John of Lovington M L and Joe of Carlsbad and two daughters Mrs Collin Gerrels and Mrs Jack Bowman of Carlsbad plus 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
