Lovington Man Survives 2.5 Car Rollover After DWI Incident
Jim W. Evans 35 of 122 South Second St escaped with minor injuries when his 1952 DeSoto overturned 2 1/2 times on State Road near Mallomer. He was treated for cuts, jailed for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license after prior revocation and recent jail time. Police say he drifted off the road at about 60 mph.
