An Iowa couple and a companion were captured in Lea County after a routine check. John Bowman Hogan 25 Colleen Mae Hogan 18 and Richard Merle Oleson 19 were held in jail today. They fled an Iowa jail earlier this month heading toward California via Texas. Mrs Hogan sought publicity and aided their capture.
