Electrocution death of Hobbs line worker
Lester Fox 46 of Hobbs employed by E&E Electric Co was found dead in the bed of his pickup southwest of Monument New Mexico after he apparently was electrocuted while working on a pole. Officials note burn marks on his hands and voltage in the area ranged from 1250 to 7200 watts. He leaves a wife Lafalla three daughters and his parents of Tatum.

Man Arrested In Shooting Incident On Love Street
Joe Ysasi Jr., 30, arrested and charged with aggravated battery and use of an arm after a 17 year old girl was wounded in the right arm and face at a Love Street mobile residence. Valerie Peppin treated at Llano Estacado Medical Center after the 4:17 a.m. Saturday incident. The victim reported a shot fired from outside through a window.
