Terrorist grenade attacks hit Saigon near Tan Son Nhut
A Viet Cong believed attacker threw a fragmentation grenade at a drink stand near a U S Navy Seabee billet in Saigon killing three Vietnamese and wounding 15 Americans and 15 Vietnamese. A second blast hit Horne Hall officers hotel wounding several and causing debris. Nearby Bien Hoa base came under shelling with no casualties reported. HSS Seeks 7.8 Million to Bridge Fiscal Shortfall
