Wayne attended La Mesa and Lovington schools and was active in the Nazarene church and Central Junior High band. Burial at Resthaven Cemetery Friday at 2 p m.

First National City of New York announced the move after market close, with other large banks quickly matching it. Treasury Secretary Fowler urged restraint on overall credit prices while noting the need to curb inflation.
