Scoggins Services Pending In Runnels County Death Notice
Deolvin Scoggins 63 of the Lovington area died Saturday while en route to Lovington General Hospital. He was born in Runnels County on October 21, 1903, had resided in the area 17 years, and is survived by his wife Edna and his brother Stilz Scoggins.
