Three Counties Exempt From Voting Rights Act

City Man Held for Robberies
Brian Patrick Bailey, 24, of 1006 W Taylor, was arrested Thursday in Hobbs and charged with recent armed robberies of Llano Liquors and Jay's Lounge. A 17-year-old Lovington juvenile was charged with carrying a concealed weapon after a loaded .38 pistol was found in the youth's boot. Det Lt Ed Thomas coordinated the return to Lovington where charges were filed.
