Heavy summer rains caused flooding in Albuquerque and Bernalillo forcing evacuation of at least three families. Over an inch and a half of rain fell in Albuquerque with runoffs flooding Southwest streets. About 60 families were affected. an irrigation ditch overflow flooded a trailer court near Bernalillo. The National Guard and Red Cross assisted, and crews pumped out 200000 gallons of water with more remaining.

Walters warns Dean no CIA involvement in Watergate
