Plans For Courthouse Park Taking Shape

Man in Lordsburg Sentenced to Life Plus 55 Years
Thomas Butler, 48, arrested in Lordsburg by Officer David Waites after abducting an 8 year old Tucson boy in July 1990. He kidnapped the boy, drove to Lordsburg, and was found by motel staff when the boy escaped. Butler, who is said to be dying from lung cancer, received life plus 55 years for kidnapping and sexual molestation.
