Vanderpools Honored At Farewell Party

Rev and Mrs WH Vanderpool were honored with a farewell gathering at the Medley home by over sixty members and friends from the Methodist church. Speakers included Rev Calvin Duncan Rev J M Glanier the new minister Mrs Killan and Rev Vanderpool with music by Miss Duncan and Miss Atkins. The couple left for Lordsburg New Mexico with Mrs Vanderpool to follow.

Butler and M E, with insurance broker A B Post of New York, arrived from the east on Thursday and after a brief talk with Engineer Evans they will go to California to be formed by Evans and close another big mining deal on the coast. They will then return to Lordsburg to examine other properties.

An Albuquerque meeting of New Mexico bankers founded the Cattle Loan Company with a $500,000 capitalization. Fortynine minutes after opening, directors from banks and cattlemen were chosen.
