Charlie Beil manager of the Copper Inn for Mrs. Madeline O Dell was seriously injured Monday about 8 00 p m while coming off an organ pass near Las Cruces. He was returning to Lordsburg from a Texas vacation and was taken to Memorial hospital by two soldiers. Mrs. O Dell reports Beil remains in serious condition and the crash is blamed on loss of car control while using the radio.

Traffic Light Trial Begins at Main and Railroad in Lordsburg
