City Cable TV Franchise Extended by City Council
Lordsburg City Council extended the City Cable TV contract for thirty days at Tuesday's regular meeting. City Attorney Rick Sherman noted the contract is prepared and to sign, the company must indicate specific problems. The seven year term includes automatic renewal unless issues arise, despite the company seeking thirteen years. Cliff Sanders of the Small Business Development Center also spoke in new business.
