Post Office launches nationwide Consumer Service Program
Postmaster A. E. Elicio announced a new Consumer Service Program to improve mail service quality. Beginning Oct 1 1975, the Lordsburg Post Office and others will use a consumer service card to identify and resolve complaints quickly. The card goes to the station and to Washington for analysis.
