Methodist Church Offers Double Sermons and Singers

Supt Wm Wilson and his wife entertained D J McMahan, a prominent Illinois railroad man, and his wife in Wilsons private car attached to No 10 Friday afternoon. The two men had been coal-field laborers in Illinois thirty years earlier and both rose in railroading. The old friend praised Wilson as one of the best men living.

In Farmington New Mexico on the Hogback structure the Midwest No. 5 continues flowing strongly, producing 1200 to 1500 barrels per day when unconstrained by the control head. Together with two other gasoline wells, the trio yields about 4250 barrels daily, equating to roughly twelve thousand barrels of Mid-Continent crude. The Farming area lies directly north of the Lordsburg field.
