Roy Melugin and LeVar Lines joined the executive and legislative committees, with Miss Katherine Richards as secretary treasurer. Retiring officers include Mr. Lines and Mr. Traylor. Tom Mayfield reported on the Southwestern Teachers Association meeting, noting legislative topics for the coming New Mexico Legislature and a pending salary schedule reform. She was in National Junior Honor Society Beta Delta Sorority and appeared in the senior play at Lordsburg High School.
