New Neighborhood Grocery to Open in Animas Area
Mrs. Martha Garrett has purchased the Robert W. Clark property on Animas near 10th Street and will open a neighborhood grocery. She formerly lived in Safford Arizona where she worked in real estate. Garrett once owned a drug store on National Avenue in San Diego California. She is mother to John Phillips who formerly ran what is now the Allen grocery in town. Mr. and Mrs. Clark and family reside at 304 4th Street in Mrs. Winters house.
