County Approves Phelps Dodge Bonds
At the November 10 1992 Hidalgo County Commission meeting a joint public notice and hearing with the City of Lordsburg led to Resolution 92 34 to fund part of the Pollution Control Revenue bonds for Phelps Dodge.
