Engineer Hubert Jeffus surveyed Hidalgo county roads last spring and now works from Gallup on a statewide project to map farm to market highways. His work will be shared with Washington and added to New Mexico road history. He plans another two weeks in Gallup before returning to the area. Seven Pound Goose Wins Hunt Trophy
