The funeral for Floyd Brown is held in Virden Thursday afternoon. He died Monday at a Farmington New Mexico hospital. His wife died nearly two years earlier and the couple left six children. Former Virden residents, the family is noted. The L D S Relief Society bazaar opens Friday at 3 00 pm with selling starting at 3 30 pm at the L D G Meeting House at Pyramid and Std for Christmas gifts.
