Man Killed In Fall From Train Near Lordsburg
Grover Maloney 41 of Dallas Texas was killed when he fell under a westbound freight train about 12 miles east of Lordsburg just before 6 p m last Friday. Border Patrol Inspector John D Neal saw him climb from the locomotive cab and attempt to board the first car. The eastbound passenger train was delayed over an hour. A brother and sister arrived from Texas to arrange the funeral. His mother was ill and not notified immediately. Maloney was divorced and burial was in Mountain View Cemetery Tuesday.
