Routine Lordsburg patrols led to the arrest of two local men early Tuesday after Officer Ray Anaya found a broken door at Lehman's Department Store on Railroad Avenue. He was joined by Officers Rudy Lara J F Rodriguez and store owner.

Lordsburg Council Briefly Covers Violations and Insurance
The Lordsburg City Council held a short Tuesday evening meeting. Two trailers were moved to the Sth and Shakespeare lot in apparent violation of zoning rules and will be reviewed by the Engineering Department with 60 day compliance notice. NM Bars To Close During Elections
State liquor director Carlos Jaramillo says all bars and night clubs will close March 5 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in cities and towns holding elections. Bars and nightclubs outside municipal limits may remain open.
