Lordsburg Airport Receives U K Support and Approval

Capt Arthur W Parker quartermaster of the 8th Corps Area visited Lordsburg to approve the airdome and airport buildings. He praised the cooperation of local officials, noting the field covers 619 acres and promises major future air service along the southern border, cutting Lordsburg to El Paso travel time and aiding air mail.

Mrs L P McHalffey Breaks Wrist in Ranch Crank Incident

Mrs L P McHalffey fractured her right wrist while cranking the Chev to drive in from the ranch Saturday afternoon. Dr DeMoss reduced the fracture and the patient is reported to be progressing well with only a slight inconvenience remaining.

Clubs At Vir den Organize For State College Trip
