Patricio A. Ortega of Lordsburg died July 6 in Silver City at 50. Born March 17, 1934, he lived in Lordsburg and worked as a machine operator for Southern Pacific. He is survived by wife Carmen, two stepsons, a daughter, two stepdaughters, four brothers, two grandchildren, and twelve step grandchildren.
