Patrolman Rodney Plowman found 4 00 A M smoke at the Bob Green residence on South Animas Street. Green, bound head and foot with duct tape, had broken a front-door pane to escape and was treated for smoke inhalation at Deming hospital. Police and state fire marshal investigate as Green recovers.
