Donaldson Brings Home Bride From Germany
Arthur M. Donaldson, brother of Mrs. J. B. Allen, arrived from overseas service with his German bride of a year. He served in the army since 1910, with the Pershing expedition in Mexico and the 16th Infantry overseas, later in the 8th Infantry with the army of occupation. A high explosive damaged his right arm and a chip was taken from his ear, yet he survived and returned east with his wife. They will stay at the Allen home for a time.

Mrs Brink Surprise Birthday Celebration At Ball Home

At the Trimble home in Trimble two women Mina es ines Trimble and Donna Phillips hosted a surprise party for Mildred Trimble. About forty five guests attended with refreshments at ten o clock and games with assistance from Mrs Claude Puller and others. The evening ended around eleven with Mildred receiving many gifts.

Local items report Mr Praidfoot and family visiting from the ranch. A dance was held at Wilson Hall on the 19th.
