Benefit Planned for Playas Family Fire Victim Dance
Residents of Playas plan a benefit dance this Saturday February 17 at the Playas community hall to aid the Thompson family after their Windmill Subdivision mobile home was destroyed by fire on January 18. Century Disco from Las Cruces performs. hours 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with $5 per couple or $3 single. Proceeds aid the down payment on a new mobile home. The family is staying with relatives.
