Lordsburg Land Dispute Over Eminent Domain For Highway

The state seeks to take a one mile west tract of Lordsburg land for freeway work under eminent domain. The city requests a jury to decide land value and damages, with offers ranging from 168 000 to 1 110 000 plus 357 769 for the tract.
