The Masonic Grand Lodge of New Mexico will lay the court house corner stone at two o clock Saturday afternoon with Deputy Grand Master G Moir of Deming in charge. A full Masonic ceremony will be held before state and county officers. Master Masons meet at the Masonic hall at one.
Flying a new Douglas observation plane completed Dec 8 and flown from Santa Monica to Lordsburg in 6 hours 45 minutes Capt K D Bralston and Capt A N Pinean praised the Lordsburg field and hospitality. They reported rain storms and low visibility but called the field one of the best in the country. Other aviators from Blackwood Field and marine aviation also lauded Lordsburg Field claiming its smoothness and approach from all angles.

The Musical Grays head to Mc Evoy Hall tonight for four dance entertainment sets. The troupe recently wowed a Chamber of Commerce banquet audience in Deming last week. Division Sept C J Ince of Denver visited this week and took one of our best boosters B W Aldrich who for eight years has been manager of the Western Union and has checked 109 percent on every inspection. The change is a fine promotion to Roswell New Mexico and we offer congratulations with condolences. The family will not move until the home is sold and other property disposed of. The Triangle Club meets December 20 at Mrs Banks Austins instead of Saturday because of the Corner stone laying. Sisters are urged to attend.
