Mr and Mrs Aurelio Mejis of Lordsburg New Mexico report their son Pie Raymond Mejia USMC was wounded in action November 25 1968 in Quang Nam Province Republic of Vietnam. He sustained a fragmentation wound to the right leg and has been awarded the Purple Heart.
