Tug of War Fundraiser Between Officers and Deputies

Survived by son Gilbert and daughter-in-law Fay. grandchildren Alene Buvens Rottiers Allan Buvens. great granddaughter Devin Rottiers. Born February 10, 1896 in Jamestown New York. Former Lordsburg residents Mr and Mrs Morningstar. Attended college in Gainsville Georgia taught Lordsburg schools until 1919 marriage to Robert E. Buvens. Active in Pythian Sisters Lordsburg Womans Club Library Board School Board and Wednesday Bridge Club. Episcopal graveside services were held Friday August 28 at 11 00 a.m. in Masonic Cemetery Las Cruces burial beside husband.
