Congressman Harold Runnels will be the featured speaker at the annual Chamber of Commerce banquet in the High School cafetorium at 7 30 PM. The Citizen of the Year award will be presented, following musical entertainment by local performers. U S Senator Domenici announced two EPA grants totaling 37900 for New Mexico wastewater work. The Department of Corrections in Santa Fe received 11400 for facilities plans and Lordsburg city got 16500 for step 3 of its sewage construction program.
