Used Book Sale At Lordsburg Library In National Library Week

A used book sale runs at the Lordsburg Hidalgo Public Library from April 2 to 7 weather permitting. The library offers large print titles on loan from the Santa Fe Library. A filmstrip for children in 1st through 4th grades is shown Saturdays at 10:00 A.M.

Mrs. Harber J. Heather known as Stub, 58, died April 1 after a brief illness. Born Clifton Arizona July 21 1920 she moved to Lordsburg at 12 and graduated Lordsburg High 1937. She married Harber Heather October 23 1941 and leaves husband daughter Susan son Jack brothers Erwin and Tom, nephews and nieces. Active in Eastern Star Beta Sigma Phi and Methodist Church.
