He and Mrs Baker traveled from Washington where he had been since December arriving last night and resting at The Commercial. He walks with a cane and has partial use of his left arm, aided by vacuum and drugress healing treatment in Washington, with further recovery expected over time.

The bottom of the extinguisher blew out and parts of his face nose and palate were torn away. He was taken to Monmouth Memorial Hospital in serious but not critical condition.

Trenton N J Sept 18 No mercy is to be shown by State Motor Vehicle Commissioner Lippincott to automobile drivers found guilty of driving cars while intoxicated. Commissioner Lippincott revoked the license of BH Brower of Sea Side Park who was convicted on this charge. Brower ran into an express train at Bradley Reach and injured two men. He was fined $20 and arrested. The case was referred to the Monmouth county grand jury and the complaint was made by the state auto inspector.
