Auto Hit Wounds Man on Oceanport Ave in West Long Branch
George R Waters of Oceanport Avenue West Long Branch was struck by a runabout at Oceanport Avenue and the Stone Road last night at about twenty minutes to six. He suffered cuts to the eye chin and a shoulder strain. The vehicle escaped. Waters was aiding Mrs I V Brokaw in Elberon and was riding a wheel when approached by oncoming cars. He was knocked unconscious but later recovered slightly and was taken home. His glasses disappeared and he suspects they were lost in the crash.

Conductor Hurt On Trolley Car Near Local Cemetery

Aging Woman Fatally Struck Chasing Ducks Near Tracks
A 70 year old woman, Elisabeth Ann Rencex, was killed Monday afternoon when a Long Branch express train struck her as she chased ducks along the Woodbridge railroad track. She died instantly and parts of her body were scattered along the track. She lived with her daughter, Mrs Stephen Christof, near the accident scene. The second notice reports the funeral of 47 year old Mrs Carrie Ritter at 24 Sea View Avenue with funeral director Johnson following fatty degeneration of the heart after a brief illness.

Fatally Injured in Cellar Fall in Oakhurst
William J. Conrow of Oakhurst died after a cellar fall yesterday morning. Born sixty nine years ago at the Conrow farm in West Long Branch, he later owned the Jane Brown Property at Lake Street and Monmouth Road. Survived by two sisters and a broad circle of friends, he was longtime member of Junior Mechanics, Eiberon and Norwood councils, and Old First M E Church in West Long Branch.
