Speeding Arrests Highlight Liberty Street Patrol

Last Sunday night two motorists were arrested on Liberty Street for speeding. Horace O Sullivan of New York and Roman Scheur of Freehold faced penalties. O Sullivan, aged nineteen, was fined twenty dollars. The second case was postponed until September 18.
