The Red Bank Long Branch line case is dismissed as the board rules the route has the right to operate between Eatontown and here. The company will focus on bed and equipment necessities and return on investment as it attends to needs.
The State Board of Public Utility Commission will maintain constant supervision of the Monmouth County company after dismissing a complaint alleging fare excess and inadequate service. Inspections show necessary improvements underway and the board will ensure compliance to provide safe, proper, and adequate service.
Harry A Finn of this city and Miss Helen A Anderson of Sea Bright married Sunday night at eight at the bride's home with Rev W Dutton Dale of St George's Rumson officiating. Immediate relatives attended including Mr and Mrs George Finn Mr and Mrs Frank H Finn Hilbert and Lela Finn and Miss Ethel Van Sickle. The ceremony joined a birthday celebration for the bride's mother and an anniversary supper.
Decision reserved yesterday in the case of Ada May Lewis of Fair Haven against her husband E. H. Lewis for non support. Justice Voorhees reviewed testimony in New Brunswick after Mrs. Lewis's young attorney Mrs. Sutton, a Red Bank graduate, argued the case. Opposing counsel was Joseph Reilly. The matter began June 3 in Fair Haven with Mrs. Lewis seeking six dollars weekly.

Jennie and Lucy Nastasia, age unknown, of Norwood Avenue and Wall Street, woke to a burglar in their home at 3:30 AM. The intruder climbed to a rear window with a box, entered unfastened glass, and tried the safe. He rifled bureau drawers and took a $40 lava lamp from Lucy while fleeing before help arrived. The Nas tasias alerted their father Mr John Nastasia who slept through most of the event.
Elizabeth New Jersey September 9 Society awaits the outcome of the poison pen case against Mrs Nelson L Pollard of 114 Madison Avenue held on heavy bail as the Federal grand jury investigation opens. A letter attacking the character of Dr Charles H Schuchter daughter sparked the affair and led to her June arrest for sending scurrilous letters.
Albert Carson Peter Peterson and two others from Sea Bright were fined 49.60 each after State Game Commissioner E C Burtis charged them with possessing undersized lobsters caught off Galilee. They were arrested on the scene by officers near Parker's Tomorrow Might.
Harvey W. Phillips takes the management of the Broadway Theatre in this city after twelve years with prominent Broadway houses New York. His extensive experience promises strong patronage for the Harvest Home event hosted by Editor Waka Oakhurst and the Oakhurst M E Church. The annual harvest home fundraiser is set for tomorrow evening.
Joseph Hendrickson of Hudson New Jersey suffered contusions when a collision involving William H. Merritt’s car went off a rail embankment near Middletown. 75 year old Red Hank also injured while Mrs. R F Taylor, Hendrickson’s daughter, rushed to the scene.

Mrs Augustus Chand and son attended a reception for the new pastor Rev Charles F McKoy who ate his first meal in the parsonage last night. The meal was prepared by church ladies and the McKoy family, including his mother and son, arrived from Paulsboro by supper time.
