Child Struck by Car in Red Bank Street Play Area
Miss Elizabeth Austin of Broad Street Red Bank drove slowly along South Broadway when three year old Israel Rosin dashed into the path of her automobile. The boy suffered a minor facial abrasion and a small cut. Parents and Patrolman Vetter accompanied by Miss Austin took him to Monmouth Memorial Hospital where he recovered quickly. The driver was not held responsible and authorities cited parental supervision concerns in a street where children play unattended.
