A blaze at the residence of T. J. Clayton at 75 Main Avenue Ocean Grove broke out shortly after noon. The top of the house was gutted and damage is estimated at 2500 dollars. Wilbur Willett nine-year-old son of Mr and Mrs William H Willett Harmagny Avenue Port Monmouth was injured when a horse owned by Mrs Lourea Palmer frightened by an approaching train leaped forward. A steel shoe cut a deep gash in his scalp as he fell under the horse's feet. He was treated at the Donovan residence then by Dr James D Siledx of Keyport and was improving.
