Severe Rahway Avenue Collision Injures Four

Four people were badly hurt in a head on collision on Rahway Avenue near Elizabeth. Mrs. Ariha Applegate suffered a fractured skull and possible internal injuries and is in critical condition. Adelaide Meyers and William Mount suffered multiple injuries. Dr A Dallas and N M Begerts also injured. Both cars were wrecked and initial ambulance treatment given.

Crown May Queen at Ocean Park May Day Festival

About 200 kindergarteners from Garfield Avenue and Primary No 3 join a May day event at Ocean Park Casino to crown Reine Francis Queen of May. The festival includes dances, May Pole, and devils, with hundreds of visitors anticipated and parents invited.

A Washington report outlines New Jersey post office receipts and populations for 1900 and 1909. Princeton Theological Seminary Confers 45 Diplomas

Forty five men received diplomas at the ninety eighth annual commencement exerciser. The ceremony was held in the presence of the board of rectors with graduates dismissed after an address by Rev Dr Frederick W Loeseher of Philadelphia. Brinley Re-elected Chairman of Ushers Union

Red Bank Board debates clerk appointment and teacher salaries

Red Bank Board of Education met in regular session to certify certificates for workable absences and to revisit teachers' salaries. A special committee of Sutton Botticher and Minton will draft a new salary schedule and report at a Friday night meeting.
