Miss Cohen in a Runaway Near Agured

Minzesheimer Banker Dies After Illness in New York

Clarence Minzesheimer head of Charles Minzesheimer & Co. of Mead Street New York died in his apartment at the Si Regis Motel after an appendicitis operation and pneumonia. He was 44, a partner in the family firm and known as a horseman and charity supporter. He is survived by his widow, a son, a brother and three sisters. Himmelstein Convicted After Jewelry Theft Confession

Abraham Himmelstein of the city, convicted of grand larceny in a jewelry theft case, was sentenced by Judge Bosley Phig to three years in the state prison. The case grew from a October incident near Pitman West, where a carrying bag containing diamonds and cash disappeared after a car accident and an attempted resale in New York.
