Assembly passes Senate bill 91 known as the Long Branch Hospital bill authorizing Monmouth County freeholders to issue bonds up to 15000 to aid a charitable hospital’s construction and equipment. Bonds carry up to five percent interest, maturities up to thirty years, with sinking fund to pay both principal and interest.
