A neighbor sighted a mysterious man in the Hance yard Maple Avenue Red Bank prompting Joseph N Hance to switch on a yard electric light. The intruder fled after being illuminated firing two rounds at him but missing. Police found no trace of the assailant who had previously approached nearby homes with a ladder.
