Asbury Park on August 20. Miss Lillian T. Sexton, 18, brunette with hazel eyes, is named Queen Titania X. of the Asbury Park Baby Parade Carnival. For the first time in 20 years voters can determine winners. a $1,200 automobile titled The People’s Prize may go to the parade entrant chosen by popular vote. Voting boxes will be placed around the stadium and ballots stamped by coupons from event tickets. Additional awards include a Shetland pony and a $100 division prize, with multiple events running August 30 to September 2.
